Bettakka Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

1. Introduction & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the Bettakka platform ("we", "us", "Bettakka") and its users ("you", "member"). By accessing our services through the Bettakka website, mobile app, or any other digital channel, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

Bettakka is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility & Registration

Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to register an account and use any of Bettakka's services. This is a mandatory requirement under applicable Bangladesh law and the conditions of our license.

Registration Requirements

• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• Each person is allowed to register only one account.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is strictly prohibited.
• Multiple accounts under the same family member's name are not permitted.

Identity Verification (KYC)

To protect your security, Bettakka may request identity verification at any time. This may require a National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued document. Withdrawals may be put on hold until the KYC process is complete.

3. Account Management

Keep your account username and password strictly confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out under your account.

Account Verification

Email or mobile number verification is required after registration. Unverified accounts may have restricted deposit and withdrawal access.

Update Account Information

If any of your personal details change (such as your phone number or email address), please notify Bettakka immediately. Bettakka will not be held responsible for any account access issues resulting from outdated information.

• Avoid logging in over public Wi-Fi.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposit

Deposits on Bettakka can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and DBBL. The minimum deposit is ৳100. Deposits are typically processed instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact support.

Withdraw

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 24 hours.
• The withdrawal payment method must match the one used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals above a certain amount may be held until KYC verification is complete.
• Your weekly withdrawal limit depends on your account tier.

Currency

All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Foreign currency transactions are not currently supported.

5. Bonus & Promotion Policy

General Bonus Terms

Wagering Requirement

• A specified amount must be wagered before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn (wagering requirement).
• Wagering requirements are typically 10–30 times the bonus amount.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements — slots typically count for 100%, while table games contribute 10–20%.

Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or engaging in arbitrage betting — will result in account closure and forfeiture of all bonuses.

6. Gaming Rules

Game Results

All games on Bettakka use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. In the event of a technical error causing an incorrect result to be displayed, the verified correct result will stand.

Betting Rules

• Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits.
• If your internet connection drops, any active bets will be saved on the server.
• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Sports Betting

Sports Betting event results are determined based on the official results of the relevant sports governing body. If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with Bettakka's established policy.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Bettakka. Violations may result in permanent account closure and legal action where necessary:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
• Using hacking tools, bots, or automated software to play games.
• Stealing or using another member's account credentials.
• Exploiting technical glitches in the game system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Operating an account on behalf of another person.
• Abusive, threatening, or offensive behavior toward the platform or support staff.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Account Closure & Suspension

• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Extended inactivity (over 12 months).
